SCE play a important role in EGCS retrofit project, our scope as following:
1.Owner representative/ site manager, deal with all the whole retrofit process during vessel in shipyard, main responsibility such as:
A.Kick off meeting before shipyard entry shipyard, and technical disclosure.
B.Confirm all the working process/ retrofit procedure/ prepare equipment and manpower to guarantee smoothly and correct operation of the vessel.
C.Confirm all the cutting line, where to remove the old structure/ pipes, confirm the new equipment position, to deal with all the design defect.
D.Coordinate all the interface between EGCS supplier and the vessel.
E. Organize shipyard working and push shipyard to work according to schedule.
F.Solve collision point and design defect.
G.Coordinate all the related contractors on board timely.
H. Apply for missing materials purchase and coordinate the supply plan.
I. Organize on site inspection/ running test and make punch list.
J. Prepare daily report with issue and daily progress.
K. Coordinate docking / un-docking / sailing plan with shipyard.
2. EGCS maker service engineer/ site manager, to deal with all the design/ supply issue during retrofit process in shipyard, main responsibility such as:
A. Following up maker supply equipment and deal with delivery issue in shipyard
B.Help owner and shipyard for remove of old structure/ collision/ new equipment position issue due to design problem.
C.Provide technical support during shipyard installation.
D.Help owner on all the related questions during retrofit.
E.Check wiring, power on system and running test before commissioning.
F.Daily report to client.
3.As technical consulting, we provide design and interface solution for owner as following scope:
A.Provide technical consulting for design and purchase, solve interface issue.
B.Provide interface solution between EGCS and ECC.
C.Provide interface solution between EGCS and Engines.
D.Provide interface solution between EGCS and MSB.
E.Provide interface solution between EGCS and GPS.
F.Provide interface solution between EGCS and data transmission.
4.We also provide owner piping and electrical installation team for owner
A.According owner’s request, we pull cable/ cable connection for EGCS.
B.As current leak of manpower, we provide piping installation service for owner.
